• There will be a Sunshine Club meeting in Miss Meador’s room on Monday March 9 immediately after school.

 

• Don’t forget the first day to buy tickets for the senior fling is tomorrow, March 6! Do you need money for spring break? Buy your tickets in the next two weeks. Not only will your ticket be only 20$ but your name will go in a drawing for a 50$ cash card! Two lucky ticket holders will win! But you have to buy your ticket before spring break! “

 

• There is a high school art club meeting on Wednesday, March 11th, in Ms. Chambers’ room from 3:15-4.

 

• AM only – March is Disability Awareness Month! In honor of Disability Awareness Month the Functional Skills Class and the Sunshine Club will be sponsoring a Trivia Contest on Mondays and Fridays. The first person to email the correct answer to Lexi Hunt or Melissa Meador will win a prize! Today’s Trivia Question is: Which student in the Functional Skills Class Enjoys collecting DVD’s and has a collection of over 1,000 titles?

• The library will be running a contest in March In honor of “Disabilities Awareness Month”. Read a book from one of our disability-related displays and win a prize. Bookmarks and other literature are also available in the library courtesy of Lexi Hunt.”

• Please read Feb. 28th-March 2^nd – Attention Juniors and Seniors:  We have rescheduled the University of Northern Ohio college visit for Tuesday, March 3rd.  If you are interested in attending this meeting, you must sign up in the Guidance Office.  Even if you signed up for the first visit, you must sign up again.

• Girls Swim Team: Your team pictures are in Coach Sarah’s classroom. Come get them before or after school.  ALSO you need to return your WASHED parkas to Coach Sarah by today,  FRIDAY, February 28th.

 

• Seniors, check your email for a survey about senior fling! Please try to complete it by the end of the week as it will help our sponsors have a better idea of what activities you’d like to see.

 

• Good Luck to Porter Brovont who will be diving in the IHSAA State Finals on Saturday at the IUPUI Natatorium in Indianapolis!

 

 

• Friday’s detention will be in Mr. Allison’s room.

• If there is cancellation on Thursday all Seniors going on the Senior Trip need to be here no later than 10:00 a.m.

• Congratulations to Porter Brovont for finishing 6th place at the IHSAA diving regional in Homestead last night.  Porter qualified to compete at the State diving meet this Saturday! Way to go, Porter!!

 

 

• ALL Middle School practiced and extra-curricular activities have been cancelled for tonight.

 

• There will NOT be a late bus this evening. You need to go home immediately after school.

• Seniors – the deadline has been extended to turn in senior photos, baby pictures, and senior quotes. Please submit all items to Ms. Meador via email or bring hard copies to room 103 by Monday February 24.
