*Reminder! Battle of the Books will meet on Thursday morning in Mrs. York’s room at 7:45 to return books and plan for the competition on Saturday!
* Attention students! Support the sophomore class by attending our Chipotle fundraiser this Wednesday, the 15th, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the mall Chipotle. Bring your friends and family, enjoy some great food, and help raise money for your class. We appreciate your support!
*Students who signed up for Eastern’s Driver Ed program this summer will meet for a brief informational meeting Friday, April 17 at 7:50 in the cafeteria with Ms. Carpenter and Mr. Bedwell. If your bus arrives later, please join us in the cafeteria as soon as you get to school. If you miss the meeting, email Ms. Carpenter to receive the information you missed.
*Attention all current 7th through 11th grade students! If you’re interested in joining Color Guard, we will be having a call-out meeting this Friday, the 17th, at 3:30 PM in the band room. Come learn more about what Color Guard is all about, meet the team, and find out how you can get involved. We hope to see you there! See Mrs. Foland if you have any questions.
*Attention Juniors and Seniors – A representative from Lincoln Tech will be at Eastern on Monday, April 20 at 8:30. If you would like to learn more about Lincoln Tech, please sign up with Mrs. Koziel in the Guidance Office by Thursday, April 17.
*The SADD Club sidewalk chalk event is today, right after school, until 4pm. Meet at the student entrance. Stop by and leave an inspiring or positive message for our students to see as they enter the building!
* Spanish Club: Check your email and messages for our many events coming up this spring! Today after school we have chalk art with SADD.
*Attention Seniors – Local scholarships are due either Friday, April 17 or Friday, April 24. Please check due dates and get them turned in on time for a chance to win free money!
*Come join us for prayer and donuts on Wednesday morning April 22nd. We will meet at 7:45 before school in the swim lobby and anyone is welcome to attend! Come pray for your families, school, country and those in need!
