Eastern High School Announcements

“The deadline to submit your dodgeball teams has been extended to Friday this week. Get your teams together and turn in your sign ups and money to the high school athletic office no later than Friday!”

Bring your sweet tooth to the basketball game this Friday night!  There will be a variety of desserts – cake/pie/brownies/cookies for sale for $2 each to support the Rescue Mission and our clubs.
Spanish Club, Art Club and SADD, don’t forget to bring in your desserts this week!  We need everyone’s help to make this event a success!

 

Next Wednesday the 14th, we will have our annual ugly Christmas Sweater contest.  Come to work Merry and Bright.  There will be a few prizes for our winners.

There will be a call-out meeting for any boy in grades 6-8 interested in playing soccer this spring in Mr. Stout’s room 309 (in the high school math wing) this Friday, December 9th at 745am.  You can also email todd.stout@eastern.k12.in.us for more info.

Any JUNIOR boy interested in applying to attend Hoosier Boys State, please sign up in the Guidance Office by Friday, December 9th.

Attention Girls’ track athletes: There will be a short meeting today about winter training and upcoming concession stand dates @ 3:15 in the cafeteria.

There will be a Girls Soccer call out meeting for both Middle school and high school girls today at 3:20 in room 302 Profe Lorenz’s room.  Practices will start back up this weekend so don’t miss out on your opportunity to be a part of the up and coming ( and a little crazy ) Eastern Girls Soccer Team!

There is a meeting for any boy in grades 9-12 about winter workouts on Friday, December 9th @ 745 in Mr Stout’s room 309.

The Spring Musical is “The Music Man”. All information concerning that musical is posted in the choir hallway. Auditions are January 4th,5th, and 9th. Students are needed to cast, crews, student directors and stage manager. Take a look at the information and be a part of this year’s production. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Evenson.
