Girls Track off-season conditioning continues! This week, we will lift on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 -4:30. Any girl in grades 9-12 interested in competing in track and field in the spring, who is not already in a winter sport—and has a physical on file here at school–is welcome to come and get prepared for the upcoming season starting in February!

There will be a planning meeting and tile painting meeting for Spanish Club on Wednesday, Nov 15, from 3:15-4pm. Spanish Club will be working concessions at some middle school games to raise money for Walk A Mile. See Mrs. Larson or email her to sign up for a day when you can help.
Any boy or girl in 6th to 8th grade who is interested in Wrestling we will have our first practice today in the wrestling room from 5-6:30.
