Today is the last day to check Lost and Found!  Please stop by and check and see if anything is yours.  All unclaimed items will be donated on Monday, February 18.

Do you like playing board games all day and eating tons of great food like there is no tomorrow? Key club is hosting their annual Comet Con get-together in the high school cafeteria  TOMORROW, Saturday, February 16th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This long day of fun and friendship is completely free, open to all friends and family, and you can show up whenever you would like! The choices of snacks and board games are endless! We hope to see you there!

Please read 2/13-15  Attention Juniors & Seniors:  A representative from Purdue Polytechnic will be here on Thursday, Feb. 21st to meet with interested students.  They will also be discussing the upcoming “Day in College” program.  You must sign up in the Guidance office by Feb. 20th in order to attend this meeting!

FCA is back in the Library Community Room this Wednesday at 7:30! Hope to see you there!

Remember we are not in school Monday, Feb 18.  See you Tuesday!

Juniors:  Your J. Edwards orders are in! You need to stop by Mrs. Eikenberry’s room sometime today to pick up your bag.

Kindergarten Round-Up

Eastern Elementary is preparing for the new school year. It is time again to talk about new Kindergarten students. The information regarding enrollment for new kindergarten students is below.

  • Parent Night: March 5 @ 6:00 p.m.
  • Open House: March 19, 6-7:30 p.m.
    • There will be snacks, face painting, bus rides & other fun activities for the incoming students.

Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate and proof of residency to one of the meetings.

Coffee and Conversation

Eastern welcomes feedback from the community. In our efforts to address community concerns and engage in meaningful conversation our superintendent, Dr. Keith Richie, has instituted monthly meetings with community members. Anyone from the community is welcome to attend our coffee and conversation meetings. You can find the full schedule for the year below.
