Welcome to the Eastern Staff Resource Page. Here you will find links to the online tools provided at Eastern that staff use on a daily basis. All tools are web based and can be accessed from any internet connected computer.
Student/Substitute Management
Skyport--Welcome to "Skyport," your online portal to the student management system "Skyward." Skyward is 100% web based and can be accessed via the link above in any web browser. Skyward replaces our previous student management system, STI.
Aesop--Aesop or "Automated Substitute Placement & Absence Management" is a new district wide tool to allow teachers to report their absence and have substitutes informed automatically. Teachers use the tool to request an absence and find a substitute for absences.
Document Delivery
Doculivery--This online tool allows for management of paystubs for all staff. Users can log on to view paystubs electronically shortly after they are issued.
Communication
Groupwise eMail--Eastern uses Groupwise for email delivery. This link will take you to the web interface login for our groupwise services.
Testing Access
Acuity--Acuity is a diagnostic testing program used by grades 3-8.
AR--Accelerated Reader and STAR testing is a comprehensive motivational program designed to encourage reading.
Autoskills Management --Autoskills is a tutorial software for math and reading The management portion of the site allows for reporting access and assignment of instructional resources.
Learning Management
Moodle--Moodle is a learning management system that allows for delivery of online courses, quizzes, forums, etc.
My Big Campus--My Big Campus is a learning management system that allows for delivery of content, discussions, and assignments online.
The Learning Connection--TLC was started by Indiana in an effort to bridge student achievement, preparation, and social networking. Everyone at eastern has an account and some use the site for daily reporting.
Other Benefits
Insurance Benefits--Eastern provides insurance to employees. Log into the website to track you benefits.
INPRS --The Indiana Public Retirement System Fund provides access to account information and projected retirement growth for teachers and non-certified staff.
